Sprint Overall Retrospective

The Sprint Overall Retrospective is a ceremony that is added in some framework allowing to work several Scrum teams around the same product as the LeSS. It’s a retrospective for an agility at scale.

This retrospective is carried out by the managers, the scrum master, the product owner or even the head of the team if it exists; it is complementary to the classic retrospective that teams make between themselves. It’s very important to trace all the problems in order to find axis of improvement.

Which workshops to carry out?
