The product backlog
The product backlog represents all the user-stories (Epics and Themes) written by the Product Owner in the scrum universe that we want that the development team handle. We also talk about all the functional requests or story that we want that the development team handle in other agile approaches such as Kanban.
These requests can be separated into 4 types of different requests:
- Features
- bugs
- Technical work
- Acquisition of knowledge
The backlog will have to be refined and prioritized to be managed best by all teams. Moreover, in scrum it is the product owner who manages this task thanks to the scrum master.
